One of the most important factors in David’s success is his ability to see each case through the eyes of not only a defense attorney, but a prosecutor as well. David Overhuls’ experience as a chief misdemeanor prosecutor and special crimes prosecutor enables him to anticipate how the State of Texas will prosecute a case and what “value” the prosecutors may attach to a specific case. This is critical to being able to obtain a successful outcome for you whether by trial, dismissal, or a favorable plea bargain. David is a native Houston resident and cares deeply about our community and the rights of citizens living here. He wants to help if you or a loved one are in in trouble.
